We are looking for a high energy Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a “high velocity” sales environment. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to communicate well.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Prepare system quotations
  • Support other members of the sales team
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate members of the global sales team for further development and closure
  • Resolve customer inquiries
  • Follow-up with customers on open quotations and keep them aware of latest developments with sales orders

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of professional TV products preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM platform and Quotewerks
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office platform
  • Ability to build rapport with co-workers, prospects and customers
  • Strong phone presence along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Bachelor degree preferred
