Responsibilities for the Route Manager include:
- Training, developing and managing Route Sales Reps
- Establishing strategic goals methods to achieve them
- Monitoring proper installation of new accounts and retention of existing ones
- Ensuring that your team always provide superior customer service

Qualifications:
- Business-to-business sales experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven problem-solving and team-building skills
- Enthusiasm, energy and the ability to transfer that passion to your team
- Familiarity with the uniform industry a definite plus
